How we handle your data and cookies

1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- data you provide voluntarily when contacting us (for example name, phone number, email address, message content);
- technical data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools (anonymised IP address, browser and device type, referral source, how you use the site).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling enquiries and contact — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps taken at your request, and the controller's legitimate interest).
- Statistics and traffic analysis (Google Analytics 4) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your voluntary consent given through the cookie banner).
- Ensuring the site works correctly and securely (essential cookies) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies in the following categories:
- Essential — provide core functionality and security; always active and not requiring consent.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4; loaded only after you consent. Until then we apply Google Consent Mode v2, which means no analytics cookies are stored without consent.
- Marketing — used for ad personalisation and measurement; loaded only after consent.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer, or manage cookies in your browser settings.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google acts as a processor on our behalf. Data may be transferred to the United States under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). IP addresses are processed in truncated (anonymised) form. See the Google privacy policy.
6. Google Maps
The contact page offers a Google map. It does not load automatically — it is embedded only after you click "Show Google map". Until then no map-related data is sent to Google.
7. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with our hosting provider (OVH), our analytics provider (Google) and IT support providers — only to the extent necessary and under appropriate agreements.
8. Retention
- contact data — for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for the period arising from our legitimate interest (for example pursuing claims);
- analytics data — for the retention period set in Google Analytics and until consent is withdrawn.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
