Employee transport

Staff transport differs from a one-off booking in one way: it has to work every single day, at the same time, whatever the weather and whatever the traffic. We get people to work on time — on fixed terms, with a contract and a VAT invoice.

What we run

• Regular shuttles to your site — bringing staff in for a shift and taking them home afterwards, on an agreed schedule.
• Crew transport to the workplace — one minibus instead of several private cars, including to changing locations.
• Business trips — full support for domestic and international company travel.
• Training, conferences and team events — the group there and back, including late in the evening.
• Transfers for company visitors — collecting clients from Gdansk airport and taking them to your office or hotel.

Why a minibus beats paying mileage

Once several people are commuting from the same area, reimbursing each of them separately gets expensive quickly — and hard to budget. One 9-seater minibus replaces several private cars: one rate, one invoice, one parking space at the site. There is also a benefit that does not show up in the spreadsheet — the team arrives together and at the same time, so the shift starts fully staffed.

Fixed terms instead of quoting every trip

For ongoing work we do not price each journey separately. We agree a fixed rate — monthly or per run — and it holds for the term of the contract. That makes the transport cost predictable and easy to budget for.

We settle by bank transfer against a VAT invoice issued for the period. Invoice details and the account number are in the footer and on the contact page.

Keeping the runs running

This is the real risk with regular transport: vehicles break down, drivers fall ill, and the shift starts at six in the morning.

That is why we keep each vehicle for a maximum of two years before replacing it — a newer minibus simply fails less often. Passenger safety is backed by PZU assistance, which covers roadside help, on-route repair, towing to a garage and a replacement vehicle. Drivers undergo regular medical and psychological testing, and the company holds current licences and certificates.

Where we operate

From our base in Pruszcz Gdański we reach the whole metro area quickly — Gdansk, Gdynia, Sopot, Tczew, Rumia, Reda, Wejherowo and the rest of Pomerania. We also handle domestic trips and international runs, including to the Netherlands and Germany — useful when sending crews out on contract.

Call us with:

• the route or routes and where staff need collecting,
• the times and days of the week,
• the number of people per run,
• roughly how long the arrangement should last.

From that we will put together a schedule and a fixed rate. If you would rather test the arrangement first, we can start with a trial period and sign a longer contract afterwards.
