Transport to the Netherlands and Germany

We run journeys from Pomerania to the Netherlands and Germany in a 9-seater minibus with a driver, door to door. You get in outside your home in Poland and get out at the address you gave us abroad. No changes, no repacking luggage, no waiting at stops.

How this differs from a coach line

A coach line has a fixed timetable, fixed stops and goes where it goes. You have to reach the stop, change somewhere en route, and your luggage goes into the hold and back out again. With a private minibus we fit around you:

• The date is arranged individually — we travel when you need to, not when the timetable says.
• An address, not a stop — collection from your door and delivery to a specific address.
• No changes — the same vehicle and the same driver for the entire route.
• Luggage stays in the vehicle — nobody moves or repacks it along the way.
• Stops where you ask — if someone needs collecting or dropping off en route, we agree it beforehand.

Who travels with us

Most often:

• people working in the Netherlands and Germany — trips home and back to work,
• families visiting relatives abroad,
• groups travelling to the same address — the cost per person then drops well below individual tickets,
• companies sending crews out on contract or installation work, with a VAT invoice.

If a whole crew is going to the same address, hiring the entire minibus usually works out better than separate tickets. We quote the price for the whole journey, so it is easy to divide.

What the journey looks like

Pomerania to the Netherlands or western Germany is a long distance, and professional drivers are bound by driving-hours rules — after a set period at the wheel a break is required, and the working day has a limit. That is not a formality; it genuinely shapes the plan.

In practice it means scheduled stops en route, and for the furthest destinations either an overnight stay for the driver or a second driver. We set the departure time so that you arrive at a sensible hour, rather than at three in the morning outside a locked door.

All of this is agreed before departure, and that is when we confirm the final price.

What is included and what is quoted separately

The fare covers the minibus and its fuel, the driver's work, and third-party, comprehensive and passenger accident insurance. On international routes we quote destination-dependent items separately — road and tunnel tolls, parking, and driver accommodation on multi-day trips. Luggage and documents

Our vehicles are LONG-wheelbase with an extended luggage compartment. If the minibus is full and everyone has substantial luggage, say so when booking — sometimes a different seating plan works better than suitcases on laps. Flag unusual items too (tools, bicycles, a pushchair).

The journey takes place within the Schengen area, but every passenger must carry a valid identity document — an ID card or passport. Checks at internal borders are reintroduced from time to time and are outside our control.

Booking

We plan international journeys well ahead — not because of price, but because a trip like this takes a vehicle and a driver out for several days. The earlier you call, the better the chance of the date you want.

Have ready: the destination country and address, the departure date, the number of passengers, how much luggage, and whether you need a return journey and when.
